2026 Laurel Hill Tritons Team Handbook
New and returning families - familiarize yourself with the team's rules and expectations and the different types of meets, swim strokes, and volunteer roles in our new team handbook.
Tritons Swim Team
The Laurel Hill Tritons are swimming in NVSL Division 16 for the 2026 season! We are looking forward to swimming this summer with other in Division 16 teams - Ilda Clippers, Rutherford Water Rats, Long Branch Dolphins, Hollin Hills Bluefish, and Village West Vikings.
Laurel Hill Tritons Swim Team 2026 registration is NOW OPEN! The cost for the first swimmer is $200, the seconnd swimmer is $190, and the third swimmer is $180.
Our team is part of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL). NVSL was founded in 1956 to sponsor competitive swimming events and activities among community swimming pools of Northern Virginia, and to develop in the children participating in this program - a love of the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principles of good sportsmanship.
The success of our team depends on volunteers. Please support your children and the team by volunteering for one of the many opportunities available. Most of the opportunities require little or no training, others require a brief training clinic sponsored by the NVSL.
Time trials will be our first "meet" on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Our first "A" meet will be an away meet against the Ilda Clippers on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Our first "B" meet will be a home meet against the Rolling Forest Tidal Waves on Monday, June 22, 2026.
This year the Division 16 Relay Carnival will be hosted by the Long Branch Dolphins on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Divisionals for Division 16 will be hosted by the Rutherford Water Rats on Saturday, July 25, 2026.

Little Tritons
For our younger swimmers, the Laurel Hill Tritons has a developmental team called the Little Tritons. This group of swimmers are generally 4-6 years old and are able to learn in the pool without a parent.
