The Laurel Hill Tritons are swimming in NVSL Division 14 for the 2025 season! We are looking forward to swimming this summer with other in Division 14 teams - Hayfield Farm, Lincolnia Park, Parliament, Somerset-Olde Creek, and Woodley.

Tritons Swim Team 2025 registration is NOW OPEN! The cost for the first and second swimmer is $200, the third swimmer is $190, and each additional swimmer in the family is $180.

Our team is part of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL). The NVSL was founded in 1956 to sponsor competitive swimming events and activities among community swimming pools of Northern Virginia, and to develop in the children participating in this program - A love of the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principles of good sportsmanship.

The success of our team depends on volunteers. Please support your children and the team by volunteering for one of the many opportunities available. Most of the opportunities require little or no training, others require a brief training clinic sponsored by the NVSL.

Time trials will be our first "meet" on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Our first A meet will be a home meet with Parliament on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Our first B meet will be a home meet with Rolling Valley on Monday, June 16, 2025. Divisionals will be on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Lincolnia Park.

Little Tritons

For our younger swimmers, the Laurel Hill Tritons has a developmental team called the Little Tritons. This group of swimmers are generally 4-6 years old and are able to learn in the pool without a parent.
