Practices are held at the South Run REC Center from 7-9pm on Saturdays.
Winter Swim Session 1 runs from Sept 12-Dec 19, and no practice days are noted on the schedule.

Tritons Swim Team
The Laurel Hill Tritons swam in NVSL Division 16 for the 2026 summer swim season, and we had a blast! We hope to see your swimmers in our Winter Swim sessions to continue advancing your swimmers aquatic skills to get ready for the 2027 summer swim season.
There are no Little Tritons swim practices during Winter Swim sessions – we will see your little swimmers next summer in the pool!
