There are no Little Tritons swim practices during Winter Swim sessions – we will see your little swimmers next summer in the pool!
We are the Laurel Hill community's swim team, located in Lorton, VA
We are a member of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL), the largest summer swim league in the nation with over 100 swim teams.
We strive to create a fun environment for our kids to excel in swimming while also building team and community spirit.
The Laurel Hill Tritons swam in NVSL Division 16 for the 2026 summer swim season, and we had a blast! We hope to see your swimmers in our Winter Swim sessions to continue advancing your swimmers aquatic skills to get ready for the 2027 summer swim season.
