8:00 am arrival 9:00 meet start Time trials are swim meets held at the beginning of a season where swimmers establish baseline times for their events. These times are used to determine seedings for future dual meets and track swimmers' progress throughout the season. Time trials serve as a way to get swimmers used to the meet format, provide a baseline time for each stroke, and allow coaches to assess individual and team strengths and areas for improvement. They are run like a regular swim meet, but with the team competing against itself, not another team. |

We will have our tent, table, and chairs set up at the Laurel Hill PTA event. This is an opportunity to recruit new families to join swim team. We are looking for a few volunteers to staff the table. |
