The heat sheet is now live in SwimTopia. Please take a moment to review it, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know.

Note: I will send a separate email to the parents of our Divisionals alternates with additional information.

Rutherford is hosting Divisionals this year, and we've linked the heat sheet and their event webpage on lhtritons.org. Their site includes important information for the day, including:

• Pool map and event viewing locations
• Concessions menu (cash and credit cards accepted)
• Parking information
• Meet timeline

Our team area will be clearly marked, and we will have 2 tents set up to provide shade. Please have your swimmer bring:

• A chair
• Bug spray
• Sunscreen
• Plenty of water

Swimmer Timeline

Please have your swimmer arrive at the designated time before their scheduled warm-up. Upon arrival, swimmers check in, then go see the coaches.

• Backstroke: Arrive by 7:50 AM (Warm-up: 8:10 AM)
• Breaststroke: Arrive by 9:00 AM (Warm-up: 9:20 AM)
• Butterfly: Arrive by 10:00 AM (Warm-up: 10:25 AM)
• Individual Medley (IM): Arrive by 11:10 AM (Warm-up: 11:40 AM)
• Freestyle: Arrive by 12:30 PM (Warm-up: 1:00 PM)
