2026 SUMMER SEASON IS ABOUT TO BEGIN
Dear
LH Triton Families,
Welcome back, Tritons! We’re excited to kick off the 2026 Laurel Hill Tritons swim season and can’t wait to see our returning families—and new swimmers—back on deck this summer.
The Laurel Hill Tritons will be competing in Division 16 this season. We’re looking forward to a fun, competitive summer full of team spirit, hard work, and great memories.
🗓️ Early Bird Registration
Early Bird Registration will be open from:
📅 March 15 – April 15
Registering early helps us plan for coaching, events, and team logistics—and it guarantees your swimmer’s spot for the season and offers a discounted rate.
Please register with this link: http://www.lhtritons.org/register
Recent update: In an effort to make swimming more affordable for our larger families, we’ve decided not to charge a registration fee for more than three children in a single family residing in the same residence.
Whether your swimmer is returning or joining us for the first time, the Tritons are all about teamwork, sportsmanship, and summer fun. We’re looking forward to another great season with our amazing swim community!
2026 Leadership Roles
We have made the following assignments for the 2026 summer season:
Team Representatives: Jen Talarico and Harold Muniz
Harold will be taking over from Amy Johnson who fulfilled the role of team rep at a critical time and is providing the expertise needed to transfer leadership responsibility to some of our newer families. She will also continue to assist as our head timer. Please thank her for her considerable efforts and contributions to the Tritons the next time you see her.
Committees:
- Volunteer Coordinator: Amy Lasut
- Officials: Meg Saputo
- Concessions: Jennifer Dickinson
- Events: Vega Snyder
- Data: Stephanie Defibaugh-Chavez
- Sponsorship: Susanne Hiscock
You’ll notice many of our volunteer names are either new or are filling new roles. This is by design and our intent is for people to obtain experience in a variety of roles so we can back each other up when necessary and become more knowledgeable as a group.
A note on volunteering:
Our Committee leads are going to need help from each of our families. Please consider volunteering for something you haven’t done yet. Check out our website or contact a committee lead if you need ideas to obtain your 20 volunteer points. We are especially looking for our newer families to get involved as stroke and turn judges. There’s training offered in May so don’t be concerned if you feel you don’t know enough about the sport!
Meet the Tritons
Please join us at the Laurel Hill Community Clubhouse on April 23rd from 6-8 PM for a fun opportunity to meet the board of directors, coaches and committee members, purchase swim suits, learn about volunteer opportunities and get your questions answered.
5 Guys Fundraiser
Bring your friends, your families and your friend’s families to the Five Guys at 8971 Ox Road this Wednesday, March 18th
from 4-8 PM and support the Tritons. Tell them you’re there for the Tritons fundraiser and Five Guys will contribute 20 percent of the proceeds directly to the team!
More details about key dates and the season ahead will be shared soon.
Go Tritons!
