We have a few key volunteer positions still open. If your swimmer is participating in the meet please consider helping out so the meet runs smoothly.

1 stroke/turn - must be NVSL trained

Assistant Head Timer - must have timing experience

2 timers - no prior experience or training needed

1 Marshall for 2nd half - no prior experience or training needed

Clerk of Course - no prior experience or training needed

Schedule

5:30 pm: Marshals on Deck

5:30-5:50 pm: Viking warm-ups

5:50-6:10 pm: Tritons warm-ups

6:00 pm: Timers/S&T Pre-Briefing

6:15 pm: Mini swim - Lollipop Race

6:30 pm: Meet start time

Info from Village West:

Parking is limited in the lot and generally fills before most families arrive. There is overflow street parking in the neighborhood. Drop-offs can still be done at the cul-de-sac in front of the pool, but the late arrivals should expect to walk 5 to 7 minutes from their parked car.

The spectator section is on the diving board side of the pool. It’s accessible by exiting the pool deck through the short fence, walking through both team areas, and reentering the pool deck on the other side. There is also a grassy hill outside of the fence that is an excellent viewing area! Bring bug spray.
